Distinguished guests, engineering technicians, ladies and gentlemen. Engineering technicians are the backbone of our execution teams. Without your precision, sweat, and tireless efforts on site, the massive infrastructure projects we see today—from standard gauge railways to modern bridges—would remain only on blueprints.
